Facts: -All students found guilty of an Honor Code violation are automatically assigned: -A written letter of reprimand from the Dean of the student’s residential college -Honor Probation through graduation -If a student is found guilty of an Honor Code violation while on Honor Probation, they are automatically expelled from the University. -Hearing Boards are usually comprised of 8 (eight) Honor Council members. -Hearing Boards consider each situation separately without regard to precedent. -All cases are confidential. |
